IMPORTANT: Store pickup is valid only at the specific store selected by the customer when placing an order, during store’s normal operating hours and only for orders confirmed via Order Pickup Notification email or text. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, however, please allow for extra processing time on non-stock items or large orders. Subject to availability. Minimum purchase requirements may apply; see cart for delivery options. Due to current events and high volume, orders may be delayed.
You will receive a series of email messages. First, you'll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Then, you'll receive a Pickup Ready Notification email or text, when your order is ready to be picked up at GrowGeneration.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pickup Ready Notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your item(s).
Once you arrive at the store, you can pick up your order at the front counter.
Your order will remain available for a maximum of 10 days from the time we send your Pickup Ready Notification email. Orders not claimed after 10 days may be subject to cancellation with refund. For more information please contact Online Customer Care at 1-800-935-8420.

For your protection, only you or a pre-authorized pickup person may pickup your order. Please contact Online Customer Care at 1-800-935-8420 to provide the name and email address of the person who will pickup your order. Providing this information allows us to send the Pickup Ready Notification email directly to you as well as your pre-authorized pickup person.

To cancel a Buy Online, Pickup in Store order, please contact Online Customer Care at 1-800-935-8420. Entire orders may be canceled only if they meet the following criteria: 1. All items in the order are being picked up at the same store, 2. The order may not be partially picked up, and 3. All items were purchased as Buy Online, Pickup in Store items. Please have your original online payment information available when calling to cancel your order.
